Description

Part of a limited three-piece collection designed in collaboration with the Tenants of HXOUSE – Amante is a sculptural neckpiece that fuses ancient symbolism with contemporary engineering. At its core, a highly rendered orchid—originally illustrated by HXOUSE Tenant and artist: Pranavi Suthagar—blooms with exaggerated curvature, flanked by two suspended orbs that evoke preserved botanical specimens. Opposite the bloom, a budding form secures a third orb, completing the circular tension between growth and containment.

Constructed from high-polish stainless steel and anchored with pearlized spheres, Amante balances romanticism with industrial precision. A concealed spring-loaded hinge allows the neckpiece to open and close securely, ensuring ease of wear without compromising its sculptural integrity.

Built around the idea of timeless relics, each piece is designed to transcend fashion cycles, embodying an aesthetic that is both ornamental and otherworldly—delicate, dramatic, and enduring.

HXOUSE is a Toronto-based creative incubator committed to provide interdisciplinary and hands-on learning opportunities.

    Not too bad

    I was lucky to snag this piece when it became available again a few weeks ago. That said, the hinge feels a bit loose, so I’m hoping the necklace doesn’t end up breaking into two pieces anytime soon.

    Beautiful victim of physics

    This necklace is beautiful, detailed, and solidly made. I was so excited to see it back in stock. Unfortunately, the right side with the orchid is heavier than the left, and as I moved, the weight kept causing the necklace to rotate the orchid towards the bottom, until it eventually became fully unbalanced and nearly swung off. The artistry and craftsmanship are perfect as usual for this brand, and it's eye-catching and received many compliments immediately, but I would only recommend this piece if you have excellent posture and are planning to be gliding around or ready to adjust and re-center it constantly.
