If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return your product up to 30 days after delivery as long as your item is not a final sale item.

You must complete your exchange or return within 30 days of your item arriving.

Clearance items can be exchanged or returned for a gift card for the original amount paid for the item. We do not take back clearance items for a refund. 

Please be advised that orders made via vitalydesign.eu for European customers can be returned/exchanged within 30 days, according to the Return and Refund Laws of the EU. 

This does not apply to items which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as earrings, etc.

Your package for return/exchange must first be received by our warehouse before a refund/exchange will be issued. From there, your refund or exchange shipment will be processed once the contents of your package have been verified. 

Please note packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for refund/exchange.
