If you are not 100% satisfied with your order

you can exchange or return your product up to 30 days after delivery as long as your item is not a final sale item. Per the Return and Refund Laws of the EU, final sale items are only eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be in original, unused condition.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items are only eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items not in brand new resellable condition cannot be returned.
  • Earrings and other hygiene-based products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Clothing that has been worn and/or washed cannot be returned.
  • Cologne/Fragrances cannot be returned.
